The bed was nice, and the room itself was comfortable. The staff was efficient at all times.

You guys made my stay good. Hotel was friendly, staff was polite. I was given cool room with air freshener and 2 double beds and the American Best Value. Everything was perfect, I liked that. The service was all in all good.

It was a place to sleep, that is all.

Exterior room entrances, loitering and party atmosphere in parking lot, no internet access in rooms, price too high for the quality of facility.

One of the few hotels with rooms available the week end of acl festival. not too far from downtown.

Room not that clean. Locks on door get stuck and sometimes hard, if not impossible to get into the room.

The outdoor pool was perfect for a relaxing afternoon, and I loved lounging in the sun by the poolside. The only downside was the wifi connection, which could be spotty at times 😊

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. It is conveniently located next to I-35 and it had free wifi. My boyfriend and I stayed there during Austin City Limits and the hotel staff was kind enough to let us leave our car on site after check out so that we could ride the shuttle to the festival and not have to worry about finding parking.

The continental breakfast did not have hot water available.

I loved how close it was to the downtown area. I was able to get to where I needed to go without dealing with the traffic. And I loved that I could walk over to ihop in the morning and wake up with coffee and breakfast before I started the day.

My only complaint was that the coffee machine was dirty.The filter with old coffee was still in it and the pot also had old coffee in it.

I really loved the comfy bed 🛏️ The room was clean and had useful amenities like a fridge. The breakfast was limited and could use improvement.

The king bed nonsmoking room was very comfortable, with nice towels and very clean sheets. I was impressed for the price, and will definitely stay again.

Nothing I did not expect

It was very clean except for the booger on the wall!! The staff on the reception desk were always friendly.

It was very dated and tired looking and felt a bit drab and shady.

The stay was quite challenging due to the noise levels at night, especially from the party atmosphere outside. I ended up in a connecting room, and I could hear everything from the next door. The room was clean and well laid out, which made it easier to settle in after a long day of sightseeing around the area. Despite the issues, the location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions in the city.

This hotel is very ordinary. Paid an exhorbitant amount because of Formula one and got nothing for the money. Had to move because of cockroaches with not even an offer to help,
